What Roven is

Roven Systems runs the online side of a small business. That means the website, the search, the customer messages and the reports, with ads coming soon. You pick one plan. Operator is for one business. Agency is for a group of clients. Enterprise is priced on a call. Your ad money stays in your own accounts, under a cap you set. The agents do the work you have approved. Every action is logged. Every site change can be undone. We built it first for U.S. local service companies: HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical and remodeling. These companies already pay for a website, search, ads and a phone.

Why one plan

Most small businesses pay five companies for this. That means five logins and five reports that do not match. The real job is to get found, get picked and answer the call. Those belong together, so we sell them as one plan. You get one report for all of it.

How we got here

Roven was built by a small team. We spent years building and hosting business websites. We also ran the ad accounts that went with them. We saw the same thing every time. Owners did not have time for a dashboard. They wanted the work done and a record they could check. We built Roven to do that.

What we believe

• Your accounts stay yours. Your domain, your Google accounts and your content belong to you. We work inside them for you.
• You set the rules. Agents only work inside the access you give them.
• Everything is logged. If an agent did it, you can see it. We back up your site before any change goes live.
• Your ad cap is a hard limit. Agents never set a budget above it.
• We use plain words. Your status is a short sentence you can read at a glance.
