What Roven is
Roven Systems is a set of services that operates a small business online: the website, the search presence, the advertising, the inbound messages and the reporting. You set one monthly number, we show you how it is split before anything is spent, and the agents do the work - every action logged, every change reversible.
Why one number
Most small businesses end up paying five vendors, holding five logins, and reading five reports that do not agree with each other. None of that is the work. The work is being found, being chosen and being answered - and those are one job, so we price them as one number and report them as one page.
How we got here
Roven was built by a small team that has spent years building, hosting and operating business websites and the marketing accounts attached to them. The pattern was always the same: the owner did not want a dashboard, they wanted the thing handled and the receipts kept. Roven is that pattern made into a product.
What we believe
- Your accounts stay yours. Your domain, your Google and Meta accounts and your content belong to you; we operate them, we do not hold them.
- Everything is logged. If an agent did it, you can see it, and site changes are backed up before they land.
- The budget is a ceiling, not a suggestion. Agents never spend past the number you set.
- Plain words. Status is a sentence you can read, not an acronym you have to look up.
